Transport infrastructure has gradually begun to take over our environment. Fragments of landscape created between intersecting railways, motorways, roads and paths have become almost invisible to us. Beyond the crash barriers, however, an entirely different world unfolds, one that is much slower and more diverse.

Our intervention transforms an ordinary patch of land into a slow, varied world, while enclosing it with information intended for the fast-moving world of traffic. A ring of crash barriers attracts passing birds with sweet berries and, at the same time, guides passing drivers towards the centre of Šumperk.
